IN PERSON CLASS: Classic Bistro: Elegant Seafood, Sat. June 27, (Cookery Yonge)

Saturday June 27, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19+)

Inspired by classic seafood dishes from your favourite bistro, join Chef Bart Pocock to learn how to achieve that perfectly caramelized golden crust on tender, succulent scallops—along with the refined techniques that elevate simple ingredients into a memorable evening of great food.  In this class we will prepare Salmon Tartare with Baguette toasts; Seared Scallops with Beurre Blanc, Lemon Risotto, Asparagus; and end our evening with the decadent classic Crème Brûlée.

 

Wine is included in the price of class. 19+  Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
