IN PERSON CLASS: Hand Shaped Pasta - Farfalle and Cavatelli, Sat. May 16 (Cookery Leslieville)

Saturday May 16, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19+) 

Join Chef Flavia Campelo in this edition of our popular pasta class and learn how easy it is to make fresh pasta by hand. Tonight, we will make Garlic and Herb Flatbread with Tomato Confit with Pesto drizzle and with Pear and Gorgonzola with Honey Balsamic glaze; Spinach Farfalle al Sugo di Pomodoro; Cavatelli al Ragu di Funghi (Mushroom Ragu); and end our evening with a new twist on the classic Tiramisu.

Wine is included in the price of class.  Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
